This week's CSA includes Alisa Craig sweet green summer onions, ruby lettuce, blackberries, cherry tomato mix, oregano, heirloom slicing tomatoes, yellow crookneck squash, zephyr squash, and green zucchini. Don't know what to do with all that oregano? Try drying it, and savor it all winter long. If you've never dried herbs before, here is a link with everything you need to know you can copy and paste into your browser (it is pretty easy actually, tie 'em in a bundle, and hang in a dry place, best stored in a paper bag--so they don't get dusty).
