This weeks CSA contains, Chives, Ruby Red Rhubarb, Purple Top Turnips, Butter Lettuce Mix, Sugar Snap Peas, Spinach, Edible Flower Pack (top you salad with these for some extra flair!), Leek Scapes (what the heck do I do with Leek Scapes? !!!!Lightly grill or broil with olive oil and salt, and maybe a touch of Parmesan, slice and add to salad, or chop up and add to favorite vegetable medley or stir fry--goes great with the sugar snap peas!!!!
