Pioneer sourdough starter. Every good starter should have a story, and ours is a good one. I got this starter in Cordova Alaska from a fishing lodge that has had the starter for over 100 years, brought to Alaska from San Francisco during the Cordova Gold Rush of 1914. I've carefully coddled and grown this starter over the years, and have decided to start sharing it!  4 oz mason jar.  Enough to get a big batch of sour dough going for the best breads, buscuits, pancakes, waffles, etc...
