Our grass-fed & Animal Welfare Approved lambs are USDA Certified Organic. Lamb shanks are easy to cook and nearly foolproof, providing a succulent dish every time.  Slow-cooked and braised, they will fall off the bone and be fork-tender. The marrow in the bone will add rich juices to any sauce.  Two shanks/package. Sold by the pound.
