A $50 reservation cost is due, with the remainder payable at pickup. Grass-fed, USDA Certified Organic, and Animal Welfare Approved whole and half lamb.

 

Cost is per pound ($12.00) plus cut and wrap and processing cost ($65-whole, $32.50 half). Whole lamb hanging weight is approximately 30lbs. 

 

Vacuum sealed and ready to pick up with the following cuts **unless otherwise specified when you reserve**:

Leg

Neck

Loin chops

Rib chops

Bones

Organic meats: Heart, liver, kidney
