We've got three varieties of paste tomatoes this year: the classic San Marzano, its gargantuan cousin Pomodoro Squisito, and Jersey Devil, a pepper-shaped heirloom variety with rich, strong tomato flavor and low seed count. Call ahead for current quantities or stop by the farm. Farm pick-up only.
