After over 10 years of organic, sustainable, biodynamic practices, our soil keeps getting better every year. After adding wood ash and animal litter and tilling in a cover crop of mustard and radish, our soils are packed with nutrients ready to be transformed into farm-raised vegetables. As a participant in the Ecosys/Walden Foundation's 1000 Farm Project, which compares the nutrition benefits of organic vs. conventional farming, our results blew the socks off other farms from across the country.
