Our Thai Purple Stripe garlic won second place at the 2024 Oregon State Fair, surpassed only by our very own Idaho Silver. Thai Purple Stripe is a new variety for us, but it is now one of our favorites. Producing massive, beautiful purple-striped bulbs, this hard neck is known for its spiciness.  It has a bold pungent splicy/hot flavor raw, mellows when cooked but still holds a medium spicy.
