This is the fillet of lamb!  Our lamb is succulently mild and amazingly tender.  All of our livestock is 100% on pasture year-round, supplemented with grain as needed.  We do not finish our animals, but by lightly supplementing with organic grain we offer a predominately grass-fed animal with superior flavor, marbling, and tenderness. Sold by the pound
