100% pasture raised lamb.  Raised to organic standards but not certified.  All of our livestock is 100% on pasture year round.  We supplement with organic grain as needed, but we do not finish our animals on grain.  This gives the best of both, a predominately grass fed animal with a nice fat content.  Our lamb is amazingly mild and tender.  Sold by the pound
