Goat riblets are cut from the goat breast, they are slender, individual boneless ribs, obtained by making cuts between the bones. Riblets offer plenty of tender meat, with a generous amount of fat – this is what makes them so tasty, as the fat renders down during cooking, leaving delicious moist meat behind. They can be barbequed, braised, or broiled and spiced up a bit, like Galbi (Korean-style ribs). Our goat meat is certified organic, and Animal Welfare Approved! Sold by the pound. $20/lb
